I’m brand new to training – will this work for me?

Absolutely. We tailor every program to your current ability, starting with movement assessments and teaching proper form before loading intensity. Most of our long-term clients began as complete beginners.

How long is a typical session and how does pricing work?

In-person sessions run 60 minutes. Packages vary based on coaching tier, session frequency and whether you’re training solo or in a small group. We’ll walk you through the options during your free consult and recommend what makes the most sense for your goals.

Do you provide nutrition plans as well?

Yes – evidence-based nutrition coaching can be added to any plan. You’ll receive macro targets, sample menus and habit-tracking support aligned with your training.

Can you work around injuries, pregnancy or menopause?

100%. Damon and Simona are experienced in corrective exercise, post-partum recovery, and women’s health – particularly during pre-, peri-, and post-menopausal life stages. We collaborate with allied health professionals to create safe, progressive programs for every individual and life stage.

How soon will I see results?

Most clients notice strength gains and energy improvements in 3–4 weeks, with visible body-composition changes by weeks 6–8—provided training, nutrition and recovery targets are met consistently.
